Everester Adventure – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Kathmandu before your trek or expedition. Some trips (e.g., Tibet, Bhutan, India) may require full advance payment. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash with applicable fees.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on notice timing: more than 30 days (50% refund excluding deposit), 15–30 days (25% refund), less than 15 days or after trip start (no refund). Flight tickets are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may be modified due to weather, natural disasters, political events, flight delays, or health issues. Everester Adventure will provide alternative options but is not liable for extra costs caused by changes.

4. Insurance and Health
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory, covering medical emergencies, accidents, helicopter evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost or stolen belongings. Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance before arrival.

5. Responsibility and Liability
Everester Adventure acts as a service provider and is not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, flight cancellations, or political unrest. Clients must follow guide instructions for safety and are responsible for personal belongings.

6. Permits and Trekking Regulations
All trekkers must have valid permits (TIMS, national park, restricted area) and a licensed guide. Fees and permits are arranged by Everester Adventure. Compliance with Nepalese trekking regulations is mandatory.

7. Environmental, Cultural, and Privacy Responsibility
Clients are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and nature. Personal data collected is used only for permits, trip management, and emergencies and will not be shared without legal requirement. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
