Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m) and Transfer to Hotel

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Take this day to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, you may explore the bustling streets of Kathmandu, enjoy local cuisine, or attend a pre-expedition briefing with your guides to prepare for the Ama Dablam adventure ahead. Day 02 :

Climbing Preparation and Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Today is dedicated to preparing for your Ama Dablam Expedition. Begin with organizing and checking your climbing gear, purchasing any last-minute essentials, and completing necessary permits. In the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing in Kathmandu, visiting cultural landmarks such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) or Boudhanath Stupa, gaining insight into Nepalese heritage and Sherpa culture. Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche to Debuche (3,700 m) – Duration: 6–7 hours

Today, you will trek from Namche Bazaar through the scenic Khumbu Valley to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. Enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku along the way. After visiting Tengboche, continue the trek to Debuche at 3,700 m. Day 11 :

25: Free Day in Kathmandu – Documentation and Summit Certificate Collection

Today is reserved for rest and administrative tasks following your Ama Dablam Expedition. You can collect your official summit certificates, complete any trekking or climbing documentation, and take care of permits or fees. The day also allows time to relax, shop for souvenirs, or explore Kathmandu’s cultural landmarks before departure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 12 :

Final Departure from Kathmandu

Today marks the conclusion of your Ama Dablam Expedition. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of the Khumbu Valley, the majestic Himalayan peaks, and the accomplishment of summiting one of Nepal’s most iconic mountains.

Kathmandu Service includes arrival & departure transfers, domestic airport transfers, and four nights in a Kathmandu hotel with breakfast and a welcome dinner.
Government fee climbing royalty/permit. Includes all the permits charges required to climb Ama Dablam, including the garbage deposit fee, government liaison officer charges and wages and insurance for at least 1 Climbing Sherpa as required by the Government of Nepal for permit & other miscellaneous costs
Trekking service includes all the necessary arrangements required during the Trek: i.e. domestic flight/transfers including a helicopter from base camp to Lukla, accommodation and three meals a day in local lodges, a trekking guide and portage of personal trekking & climbing gear.
Basecamp Service includes three-course meals a day and unlimited hot drinks while at basecamp, a required number of kitchen crew with their wages, transfers and insurance, a personal tent, and a standard dining tent with a heating system and generator /solar battery charging facilities, toilet tent, shower tent and human waste disposal fees.
