Day 02 :

Free Day in Kathmandu and Trek Preparation

Use this day to rest, acclimatize to the city, and complete any last-minute preparations for your trek. Attend a briefing session on the Everest Three High Pass Trek, check your gear, and gather supplies. You can also explore local markets, temples, and cultural sites in Kathmandu.

Day 03 :

Flight from Kathmandu (1,400m) to Lukla (2,840m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Take an exciting mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. From Lukla, begin trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, passing charming villages and lush forests. Arrive in Phakding for your first overnight stay, soaking in the serene Himalayan surroundings.

Day 04 :

Trek from Phakding (2,610m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Trek through scenic forests and cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, gradually ascending toward Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town and main trading hub of the Everest region. Enjoy panoramic views of surrounding peaks and settle in for an overnight stay to prepare for acclimatization.

Day 05 :

Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, or explore local markets, monasteries, and bakeries. Rest and prepare your body for the challenging high passes ahead.

Day 06 :

Trek from Namche Bazaar (3,440m) to Thame (3,820m)

Leave Namche Bazaar and trek through charming Sherpa villages and lush forests, gradually ascending toward Thame. Enjoy spectacular views of Thamserku and Kangtega along the way. Arrive in Thame, a traditional village known for its monasteries and Sherpa culture, and settle in for an overnight stay.

Day 07 :

Trek from Thame (3,820m) to Marulung (4,210m)

Continue trekking through the high-altitude Khumbu Valley, passing traditional Sherpa villages and terraced fields. Enjoy panoramic views of surrounding peaks such as Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Arrive in Marulung, a small village nestled in the mountains, and rest for the night while acclimatizing for the challenging passes ahead.

Day 08 :

Trek from Marulung (4,210m) to Lumde (4,368m)

Ascend gradually through high-altitude terrain, passing small Sherpa settlements and rocky landscapes. Enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and other Himalayan peaks along the way. Arrive in Lumde, a quiet village ideal for rest and acclimatization before crossing the first high pass.

Day 09 :

Trek from Lumde (4,368m) to Gokyo (4,790m) via Renjo La Pass (5,360m)

Day 10 :

Trek from Gokyo (4,790m) to Dragnag/Thangnag (4,750m)

Trek from Dragnag/Thangnag (4,750m) to Dzongla (4,700m) via Cho La Pass (5,420m)

Begin the ascent to the Cho La Pass, one of the most challenging sections of the trek, offering spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. After crossing the pass, descend carefully into the Dzongla valley. Arrive at Dzongla for an overnight stay, resting after a demanding but rewarding day at high altitude.

Day 12 :

Trek from Dzongla (4,700m) to Gorakshep (5,140m)

Trek through the rugged high-altitude Khumbu landscape, enjoying views of Everest, Nuptse, and Pumori. Arrive at Gorakshep, the final settlement before Everest Base Camp, and settle in for an overnight stay. Prepare for the next day’s hike to Kala Patthar or Everest Base Camp.

Day 13 :

Trek from Gorakshep (5,140m) to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) and Descend to Lobuche (4,910m)

Start early to trek from Gorakshep to the legendary Everest Base Camp, taking in breathtaking views of Khumbu Glacier, Nuptsé, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. After capturing unforgettable memories at Base Camp, descend to Lobuche for an overnight stay, resting after a challenging but rewarding day.

Day 14 :

Trek from Lobuche (4,910m) to Chhukung (4,730m) via Kongma La Pass (5,535m)

Begin the ascent to Kongma La Pass, the third and highest of the Everest high passes, offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. After crossing the pass, descend into the Chhukung Valley. Arrive in Chhukung for an overnight stay, resting after a long and challenging day at high altitude.

Day 15 :

Trek from Chhukung (4,730m) to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m)

Trek through the stunning Chhukung Valley, gradually ascending toward the Island Peak Base Camp. Enjoy close-up views of Island Peak, Ama Dablam, and surrounding glaciers. Arrive at the base camp to prepare for your Island Peak climb, and rest overnight at high altitude.

Day 16 :

Climb from Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m) to Summit (6,189m) and Descend to Chhukung (4,730m)

Start early for the Island Peak summit attempt, following the glacier and snow slopes to reach the peak. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam from the summit. After this incredible achievement, carefully descend back to Chhukung for a well-deserved overnight stay and rest.

Day 17 :

Trek from Chhukung (4,730m) to Tengboche (3,870m)

Begin the descent through the Khumbu Valley, passing traditional Sherpa villages and lush alpine forests. Enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and other Himalayan peaks along the way. Arrive at Tengboche, home to the famous monastery, and rest overnight while reflecting on the achievements of your high-altitude adventure.

Day 18 :

Trek from Tengboche (3,870m) to Monjo (2,835m)

Descend through rhodedendron forests and traditional Sherpa villages, retracing your route along the Dudh Koshi River. Enjoy the scenic landscapes and the changing environment as you reach Monjo, a quaint village near the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, where you will stay overnight.

Day 19 :

Trek from Monjo (2,835m) to Lukla (2,840m)

Complete the final leg of your trek, descending through lush forests, rivers, and charming villages along the Dudh Koshi River. Arrive in Lukla, the starting point of your Everest adventure, and spend the night preparing for your return flight to Kathmandu.

Day 20 :

Flight from Lukla (2,840m) to Kathmandu (1,400m)

Take a scenic mountain flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying spectacular aerial views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing, shopping, or exploring the city, reflecting on your incredible Everest Three High Pass and Island Peak adventure.

Day 21 :

Departure from Kathmandu or Onward for Next Program
