Booking Terms & Conditions – Everester Adventure

1. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit (usually 10–20% of the trip cost). The remaining balance is due before your trek or expedition begins. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on notice time, with deposits typically forfeited if canceled less than 30 days prior. Trip postponements up to one year are allowed with prior notice.

2. Health, Safety & Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, high-altitude trekking, evacuation, and trip interruption. Travelers are responsible for health and fitness and must acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure travel. Our guides ensure safety, but Everester Adventure is not liable for injury, illness, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

3. Permits, Regulations & Conduct
All required trekking permits, including TIMS cards, national park permits, and restricted area permits, are arranged on your behalf. Foreign trekkers must travel with licensed guides. Clients must respect local culture, communities, and the environment. Misconduct, ignoring guide instructions, or unsafe behavior may result in termination without refund.
