Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, where you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing and recovering from your journey. In the evening, you may explore the lively streets of Kathmandu or attend a pre-expedition briefing with your guides to prepare for the thrilling adventure ahead in the Everest region.

Begin your adventure with a scenic morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, surrounded by stunning Himalayan vistas. From Lukla, start your trek to Phakding at 2,610 m, passing through Sherpa villages, terraced fields, and rhododendron forests. The trek takes approximately 4–5 hours at a gentle pace, allowing you to acclimatize gradually. Overnight stay will be at a local teahouse in Phakding, enjoying the serene mountain environment.

Today, you’ll trek from Phakding to the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar at 3,440 m. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges and passing through picturesque villages. The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours, gradually gaining altitude to aid acclimatization. Upon arrival, explore the bustling streets of Namche Bazaar, visit local markets, and settle into your teahouse for an overnight stay surrounded by spectacular Himalayan scenery.

Take a rest day in Namche Bazaar to allow your body to acclimatize to the high altitude. Use this time to explore the town, visit local shops, or take a short hike to viewpoints offering spectacular views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks. This day of rest and light activity is essential for preparing your body for the challenging trekking and climbing ahead. Overnight stay is at a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Today, you will trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche at 3,870 m. The trail passes through rhododendron forests and offers stunning views of Ama Dablam, Everest, Lhotse, and other Himalayan peaks. Along the way, you may visit local villages and observe the traditional Sherpa way of life. The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours at a moderate pace, allowing for gradual acclimatization. Overnight stay will be at a teahouse in Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Today, you will trek from Tengboche to Dingboche at 4,360 m, passing through picturesque valleys and alpine landscapes. The trail offers breathtaking views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other Himalayan giants. The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours, steadily gaining altitude to help your body acclimatize. You’ll take a day hike to Chukkung Valley, reaching 4,730 m, which offers stunning panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Island Peak, and other surrounding Himalayan peaks. The hike takes approximately 4–5 hours at a comfortable pace. Return to Dingboche for an overnight stay at a teahouse, resting and preparing for the next stage of your trek and climbing adventure.

Today, you will trek from Dingboche to Lobuche at 4,930 m, passing through stunning high-altitude landscapes and glacial valleys. The trail offers breathtaking views of towering peaks, including Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trek takes approximately 5–6 hours at a moderate pace, allowing for gradual acclimatization. Upon arrival in Lobuche, settle into your teahouse and rest, preparing for the upcoming ascent to Lobuche East Base Camp.

Today, you will trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep at 5,170 m, the final stop before Everest Base Camp. After a short rest in Gorak Shep, continue on a rewarding hike to Everest Base Camp at 5,364 m. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Khumbu Glacier and surrounding Himalayan giants, including Lhotse and Nuptse. The trek and hike take approximately 6–7 hours at a steady pace. Return to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay at a teahouse, preparing for the next day’s climb to Kala Patthar.

Today, you will ascend from Lobuche to Lobuche High Camp at 5,600 m. The trail takes approximately 3–4 hours, steadily gaining altitude while offering stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks and glacial terrain. Upon arrival at High Camp, settle into your teahouse or camp, rest, and acclimatize in preparation for the summit attempt of Lobuche East Peak the following day.

Today is the highlight of your expedition—the summit of Lobuche East Peak at 6,119 m. Begin the climb early in the morning, navigating glaciers and rocky terrain, and be rewarded with panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and other towering Himalayan peaks. After celebrating your summit achievement, carefully descend back to Thukla for an overnight stay. The full day takes approximately 7–10 hours, offering both the thrill of high-altitude mountaineering and spectacular Himalayan scenery.

This day is reserved as a buffer in case of bad weather or unforeseen delays during your summit attempt. It allows flexibility to ensure a safe and successful climb of Lobuche East Peak. If the summit has already been achieved, you can use this day to rest, acclimatize, and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks before continuing your descent. Overnight stay will be at a teahouse in Thukla or Lobuche.

Begin your descent from Thukla to Namche Bazaar at 3,440 m, retracing the scenic trails through the Everest region. The trek takes approximately 6–7 hours, passing through picturesque villages, lush forests, and suspension bridges over glacial rivers. Enjoy the changing landscapes and the chance to reflect on your high-altitude adventure. Upon arrival in Namche Bazaar, settle into your teahouse and relax after a long day of trekking.

Today, you will continue your descent from Namche Bazaar to Lukla at 2,840 m. The trek takes approximately 7–8 hours, passing through charming Sherpa villages, terraced fields, and rhododendron forests. Enjoy the final views of the towering Himalayan peaks as you return to Lukla. Upon arrival, settle into your teahouse and rest, preparing for your flight back to Kathmandu the following day.

After breakfast, board a scenic morning flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas as you descend to 1,400 m. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the day relaxing or exploring the vibrant streets of Kathmandu. Overnight stay at the hotel, reflecting on the unforgettable adventure of the Lobuche East Peak expedition.

Today marks the conclusion of your Lobuche East Peak adventure. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.
